MEET THE FOUNDERS

  • Founder

    With 20 years of top-level experience, in both Europe and North America, it takes little imagination to understand how Cynthia became a renowned expert in the world of luxury beauty and lifestyle brands.

    Starting her career in fashion, but quickly changing to the luxury beauty industry, she has held senior executive roles in Marketing, PR, Digital, E-commerce as well as Country Management. Cynthia has not only led teams for the most prestigious luxury corporate groups, she has also been able to enhance her agility and flexibility while working in start-up environments, where the ability to adjust to different brand needs is vital. On top of a varied and vibrant career, Cynthia is fluent in English, French, Spanish, Dutch, German and is a proud mother of three.

    With over twenty years working in luxury beauty retail, Iris has truly cultivated and gained her extensive experience from the ground up. Beginning her career from behind the camera as a freelance Makeup artist in Film & Television, Iris soon realised she had a passion for all things beauty. From there, she successfully held international senior roles in Sales, HR, Events, Merchandising and General Management which gave her a unique 360 approach to achieving results. Working with some of the most prestigious beauty brands and retail departments stores in the world, Iris’s drive, tenacity, enthusiasm and vision to succeed allowed her to thrive and amass a wealth of knowledge, proficiencies and an invaluable working network. Aside from her distinguished career, Iris is fluent in English, Portuguese, with proficiencies in French and Spanish, and is a proud mother of four.
